Welcome to Irislanesurplus.com, a new  company serving the south suburbs of Chicago and beyond. With the economy being as unstable as it is, and with many people looking for ways to stretch their dollars, Irislanesurplus.com is committed to providing you the customer name brand products at discount prices.
Manufacturers produce billions of dollars in excess inventory every year. Name-brand companies are forced to sell their excess inventory for several reasons:

• Products must be removed from shelves to make room for newer models

• Overproduced products must be sold

• A change in financial circumstances or strategy may result in canceled orders

• Manufacturers may be downsizing or moving facilities

• Companies may need to reduce inventories for accounting reasons

Manufacturers are often forced to sell their first-quality inventory quickly, and often below their cost. Moreover, they don't allow these products to appear in retail stores because it may discourage customers from buying newer, more expensive models. Instead, they turn to companies like us. However, like I said, the only catch is that most of our products come in limited quantities, so don't hesitate, because they may be gone before you know it.

Since we are located in the south suburbs, and since this is where the majority of our customer base is located, our products will be available for pickup in person or delivery for a small fee. If  you live out of the area however, and would still like to make a purchase, we will be more than happy to ship your merchandise via UPS.

                                                                              Online Yard Sale

Everybody has items in their house that for some reason or another are of  no use to them anymore. Well instead of letting them gather dust and take up precious storage space, why not put a little extra money in your pocket by placing an ad in our online yard sale and selling them to someone who can use them.  The listing prices are very low, so why not give it a shot. Just give us a call at 708-359-7749 to place your ad. A brief description of what you have to sell, along with your name and telephone number is really all that is needed. However, if you really want to make whatever you're selling  more appealing to a potential buyer, I would highly recommend including a picture of the item/items that you're selling. If you don't have the means to take a picture of the items that you wish to sell, for a small $5.00 additional fee we will be more than happy to come out and take them for you.
